Starting Point
Finding tutoring in Switzerland is fragmented: notice boards, Facebook groups and expensive agencies charging placement fees. What was missing: a lean platform where families find suitable tutors in their region directly and free of charge.
Solution
A full marketplace: search by canton, postcode and subject, verified tutor profiles with rates and availability, direct messaging with email notifications, and member accounts for students and tutors — built for the Swiss market.
Result
From idea to a production platform with registration, chat, email flows and an advice blog. The first tutors and families signed up within days of launch.
